"A huge shout out to all staff at last week’s camp. My kiddos spent evenings sharing the fun they had at camp. They also showcased behaviors that represented the camp’s goals of fostering mental well being. On one of the evenings, my son shared a need to use his breathing techniques learned to calm down from “his pesky sister”. 💕"
"Loved the range of activities, games, sports, and crafts, as well as the focus on positivity, teamwork, and healthy living! Kids enjoyed it as well. Would sign up again!"

Mike and Tina created EMPOW3R SPORTS PERFORMANCE because their daughters play elite level soccer together and they knew that as their daughters continued to develop, they would need a program to help keep their mental health aligned for success as the pressures mounted to perform on the field.

Today, EMPOW3R SPORTS PERFORMANCE partners with local schools, recreation departments, high school athletic programs, sports clubs and AAU teams to bring their inspiring curriculum to young athletes with the goal of keeping athletes and students in the right mindset so their performance is maximized in their sport, classroom, and life.
